3. Being able to plan is the last option. Setting up structures in your business that allow you to run it without even needing to be there if you have employees and the systems allow everything to run smoothly.
If you can work on developing these personality traits and make them part of your business then you should rise to the top much quicker than simply trying things randomly and not really knowing what is going on in your business.
